Standard-Size Gloves
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us after receiving your order. The gloves must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Made-to-Measure Gloves
Made-to-measure gloves are handcrafted specifically according to the measurements provided by the customer. Because they are personalized for an individual customer, made-to-measure gloves normally cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or a change of mind.

If we made an error with your order, or if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Colors
We make every effort to display leather colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of genuine leather.
Return Shipping
